After a yearlong hiatus for COVID, United Real Estate professionals from across the country finally met again in the happiest place around - Disney World! Last week we enjoyed three exciting days of networking and learning from incredible keynote speakers, sales trainers, expert panels, and more! Most importantly: our United Nation came together for fellowship and sharing our unique culture centered in our Core Values!
Day 1 of ReUnited National Conference - Leadership Impact Training
Our Brokers, Owners, and Managers attended mastermind sessions and leadership impact training to help them grow their business, recruit, and flourish into the future. They also heard from leaders of our mega offices who have built 1K, 2K, and even 4K agent companies!
Welcome Reception
ReUnited National Conference kicked off in Orlando with a Welcome Networking and Cocktail reception at the world-class Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort on the Lake Terrace overlooking Big Lake. Our agents and brokers enjoyed reconnecting with peers and meeting new faces in a magical setting. The event featured complimentary beverages and hors d'oeuvres and live musical entertainment. Mothers in attendance were honored with a white carnation for Mother's Day.
Day 2 of ReUnited National Conference
Our best-attended Conference ever! We began Day 2 with John “Gucci” Foley, Blue Angels Solo Pilot, and master sales trainer, Dan Elzer. Networking, idea-sharing, and learning together! Our attendees were the first to hear announcements about new technology and services we're launching in 2022. They experienced an agenda packed with expert panels, nationally acclaimed speakers and trainers, small group learning sessions and plenty of networking with colleagues from across the nation.
Day 3 of ReUnited National Conference
We opened with a President's Breakfast and welcomed keynote speakers, Olympic Gold Medal Swimmer, Michael Andrew, and American Airlines Captain, Dr. Steve Scheibner. Our Agents attended the free headshot studio, won multiple prize giveaways at our largest Expo ever (including a Louis Vuitton bag, foldable kayak and Oculus Virtual headset, to name a few). Attendees enjoyed a free "Rapid-Fire" lunch-and-learn where they learned about products and services to enhance their businesses.
Celebration Gala
We wrapped up the last day of ReUnited with a blowout celebration at our Sales Awards Recognition and Gala Dinner. The gala featured Disney character guests, red carpet photo opportunities, fun photo booth and live music entertainment. And the BIG announcement: due to popular demand, United will host its 2023 National Conference again at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort September 10-12, 2023. We are so excited!
Wrapping Up an Amazing Event
United Nation was in full swing throughout the convention, and our agents enjoyed the time spent networking with professionals from across the country, taking on all the classes, and enjoying everything Disney World has to offer! See you again next year, Mickey!
