The Metairie and Mandeville locations are staffed and open to the public Mondays through Fridays from 9am to 4pm. All locations are accessible to our agents 24/7, so no worries on having a space to work or meet with your clients after hours.

We're equipped so you're able to manage every aspect of the rental process, including marketing, tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, renewals, and owner communication. Plus, our user-friendly property management platform allows owners and tenants to conveniently access their accounts, submit requests, and stay connected.

Commissions
After your closings, please drop off your commission check or have it delivered to your home office. Commission disbursements can only be approved AFTER all mandatory documents have been uploaded to Paperless Pipeline and approved by the support team. Disbursements are initiated during regular business hours Monday throught Thursday, and until noon on Fridays.

Your office fee is billed through the 1st and the 5th of the month to the credit or debit card on file. All agents are required to have a valid credit card on file. If your information has changes, you can avoid late fees by contacting the support team to update your file.

We also share second, individual posts for each Open House one to two hours before the event is scheduled.
